Every plan works with your own AI provider keys, at no extra cost from us. You pay the provider directly, and your prompts go from your computer straight to the provider you chose.

Questions

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. In the app, open Settings → Plan & billing → Manage subscription. It takes you to Stripe's billing page, where you can cancel.

Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and then it doesn't renew. We don't refund part of a period, except where the law requires it.

Can I get a refund?

We don't refund part of a billing period, except where the law requires it.

If you're a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. uw34i starts working as soon as you pay, so at checkout we ask you to do two things: ask for access to start straight away, and acknowledge that this ends your right to cancel once access starts. If you do, there is no refund after access has started. This doesn't affect your rights if uw34i is faulty or not as described.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes. Prices are in GBP and include any VAT that applies.

What happens when the free period ends?

The free period lasts 28 days and starts the first time you sign in to the desktop app. You get one free period per person, and you don't need a card.

Unless you subscribe, the app then stops letting you work. Your files stay on your computer, and you can still export your chats, memories and specialists, and sign out.

How many devices can I use?

Your plan allows a set number of devices, shown in Settings → Devices: up to 5 during the free period and up to 10 on Regular. Sign a device out to free its place.

Can I use my own AI?

Yes, on every plan, at no extra cost from us. Add your own key for OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi, GLM, OpenRouter or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. You pay the provider directly, and their terms and prices apply.

With your own key, your prompts go from your computer straight to the provider you chose, never through us.

What is the AI add-on?

uw34i AI: no key of your own needed, with a monthly allowance. It adds to Regular and can't be bought on its own. The limits are shown in the app.

Your requests pass through our servers in the EU (Ireland) to the AI provider for the model you use. We keep usage totals, not your prompts or replies.

How do I pay?

Stripe takes payment, on its own page. Your card details never reach us. We keep your plan, its status and dates, and the ids Stripe gives your customer record and subscription.
